Having Acura Plus Roadside Assistance is having someone standing by, always ready to assist you. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Our staff at Maple Acura can help ensure all your drives are worry-free through Acura Roadside Assistance and Acura Plus Warranty when you purchase a new or used Acura from us.
You are eligible for Acura Roadside Assistance when:
- You purchase a new Acura vehicle. Every new Acura vehicle comes standard with 4 years of Roadside Assistance
- You purchase a Roadside Assistance Plan from an authorized Acura dealer in Vaughan, Ontario, like Maple Acura. The plan starts when the new vehicle warranty reaches its expiration. This way, your vehicle is protected without interruption.
- When you buy a pre-owned Acura, any available remaining warranty may be transferrable, including Roadside Assistance. It is always a smart idea to purchase an additional Roadside Assistance Plan that will take effect once the remaining warranty matures. Talk to our Maple Acura team for more details.
What Services Are Included with Acura Roadside Assistance?
Bilingual operators are available via our toll-free emergency hotline. Only qualified and pre-screened providers are authorized to offer Acura Owners assistance, ensuring 24-hr towing and roadside incident support. A network of more than 20,000 authorized roadside service facilities and agreed towing providers are standing by, reading to help. Roadside Assistance Services Include:
Lockout Service: Lost, broken, and lockout service is offered. However, the cost of replacement keys is not covered.
Emergency Service: Emergency services include delivery of gas to your stranded vehicle (cost of gas is omitted), battery boosting, and changing of flat tires.
Towing Service: Tow to your preferred Acura dealership within 100 km of breakdown location, or the nearest Acura dealership.
Winching Service: Winching services are available (up to $300 / incident) if your vehicle becomes stuck in snow, mud or a ditch.
Trip Interruption Benefits: If you are 100 km for your home and your vehicle breaks down, $1000 will be provided towards meals, accommodation, and car rental.
Emergency Transportation: If you are within 100 km of home and your vehicle breaks down, you'll receive $300 toward a taxi or rental car to help you on your way.
Point of Interest Concierge: This service helps you find restaurants, gas, hotel, accommodations or places of interest.
Dealer Locator Service: Find the location of an authorized dealer to acquire Genuine Acura parts and accessories anywhere in Canada. We will give you the exact location and phone number of the nearest authorized Acura dealership.
Traffic Accident Services: If you are involved in an accident more than 100 km from home, we will tow your vehicle to the nearest dealership or your Acura dealership of choice (within 100 km). We will also look after accommodations, a car rental, meals, and returning other passengers home (in the event of hospitalization), up to $1000. These benefits apply when no other insurance is provided.
Emergency Message Service: Acura Plus will make every effort to inform your family, friends or business associates in the event of an emergency, no matter what the time.
Acura Computerized Trip Routing Service: If you are planning a trip, call us 14 days before you leave, and we'll send you a touring information package.
