I just finished the first road trip in the new MDX. What a wonderful vehicle! It is an absolute pleasure to drive.
In addition to putting me behind the wheel of a great vehicle, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for a great buying experience. Hi Domenic, I wanted to thank your team for making my purchase of my 2007 MDX such a smooth and great experience. I've already thanked Leo numerous times personally, but I want to add that Shan came through on all his promises and he did a wonderful job as well.
I have a 1999 Acura 1.6EL as well and during these years I've moved quite a bit so I've been serviced by Erin Mills Acura, Acura of North Toronto, and Acura in Markham. Never during this time have I met a professional individual such as Paddy who is dedicated to his work and provides great service. Its only been a week but he's answered my emails and calls and given me great advice already. Yesterday night I went over to purchase a MDX cargo tray and I asked Paddy about a couple of stain marks on the seat belt and he proceeded to clean the stains for about 20 minutes. My wife and I were amazed at his professionalism and service. Charleton had already done a superb job on the cleaning of the interior and exterior before I picked up the car, so to have Paddy provide that little extra service for us will make us loyal customers to Maple Acura.
My wife and I wanted to thank your staff and we look forward to having both our Acura's serviced by Maple Acura. Hi Everyone, I wanted to personally thank you all for the wonderful experience in getting my new Acura CSX 2010. Mark, thank you for taking the time to explain all the features in the car and I especially liked my test drive with you.
